The Company has established complaint and whistleblowing channel with the following objectives:
- To take action on receiving complaints, fraud whistleblowing, misconduct, and practices that are contrary to the Company's regulations under a suitable management with effectiveness and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance
- To allow directors, employees, and any person acting on behalf of the Company properly conduct business with transparent, fair, and accountability, in accordance with the law, good corporate governance, corporate ethics, and regulations
- To allow the person that notifies the company of the performance of directors, employees or any person acting on behalf of the Company contrary to or suspected to be contrary to the aforementioned matters to report through various notification channels provided by the company.
- To allow the person who reports complaints or clues and any person who cooperates with the Company in good faith to be protected from harassment due to appropriate and fair complaints.
